Birth is powerful.
So are you.
Supporting international families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — in Amsterdam.

I've been a doula for eight years — first in California, then in Amsterdam, where I've spent the last five supporting international and expat families through pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester.
My background in psychology shapes how I show up: not as a therapist, but as someone who understands what it means to feel truly held inside one of life's most intense experiences. I bring information, walk through options, and help you get clear on what you want. The decision is always yours.
Birth doesn't end when the baby arrives. It stays with you — in your body, in your memory, in how you step into parenthood. I work with the whole room: you, your partner, what's happening between you. And if you're navigating something specific, like a breech presentation, a pregnancy past your due date, broken waters without contractions— you don't have to figure it out alone.

Alongside this work, I run Hello Doula, a matching service connecting Amsterdam families with the right doula.
