When I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I became deeply immersed in every phase of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Like many of us, I learned through books and resources, but what truly transformed my experience was my incredible support team: my dedicated midwife and my intuitive, almost mind-reading doula. Their presence left an indelible mark on me, shaping my experience in profound ways and inspiring me to delve deeper into the psychology of birth and perinatal mental health.
Years later, while living in California, my two children had grown more independent, and I saw the perfect opportunity to pursue a calling that had been steadily growing within me. In 2018, I took the leap and completed my doula training. Soon after, I attended my first birth in San Francisco—a life-changing experience that set the course for my career and affirmed my sense of purpose.
Since that pivotal moment, I have supported families through a wide range of birthing experiences: home births, hospital births, VBACs, and Cesarean births. Each birth has taught me invaluable lessons, deepening my understanding and reassuring my passion for this work.
As a doula, my mission is to offer unwavering support tailored to each mother's unique path. I strive to provide the educational, emotional, and physical assistance necessary to ensure they emerge from the process feeling at peace and empowered.
In addition to my doula work and raising and nurturing my (now) three children, I am a Clinical Psychologist specialized in perinatal and early childhood mental health.

Over the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of supporting numerous individuals in their transition from pregnancy to parenthood, both as a doula and from my clinical work.
Born and raised in the Chilean Patagonia, I am also a Pikler Educator, Certified Lactation Counselor® (CLC), a certified postpartum doula (San Francisco General Hospital), and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor from AIAM. Currently, I am living in Amsterdam.
